Do I need to own property already?
No. The programme begins with your wealth position, capital, reserves and readiness. Existing landlords use later milestones to strengthen performance and make evidence-led portfolio decisions.
Does Property Mastery recommend properties?
The programme teaches a repeatable sourcing, research, valuation, modelling and due-diligence method. Any separate sourcing or transaction service must be expressly contracted and disclosed.
Is it suitable outside the UK?
Yes. The decision-making core is global, with clearly labelled UK and US pathways and a method for identifying the controlling official local source.
Will Aura tell me what to buy?
No. Aura explains approved teaching, checks calculations, identifies missing evidence and routes you to the right lesson, source or Toolkit field. It does not make investment decisions.
How much access do I receive to Bola?
Bola leads one shared monthly Boardroom for eligible members. One-to-one sessions and group VIP dinners are included only where the chosen tier states them. There is no unlimited messaging or default weekly founder access.
