Property Mastery — Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Who we are and how these terms apply

These Terms and Conditions apply when you buy a Property Mastery programme from Ranson Property Limited, company number 09907126, whose registered office is Unit 2.02 High Weald Huse, Glovers End, Bexhill, East Sussex, England, TN39 5ES, United Kingdom (called “we”, “us” or “our” below). This address and the company's active status were checked against Companies House on 9 October 2026.

You can contact us about an order, access, cancellation or complaint at wealth@propertymastery.global. Your order confirmation will identify your purchase and the payment provider used to process it.

These terms, the order summary shown to you before payment, and any separate written Capital Circle agreement form your contract. If they conflict, the individual signed Capital Circle agreement governs Capital Circle-specific terms; otherwise the order summary governs the tier, price, payment schedule, access term and included benefits, and these terms govern the general conditions. Any separate privacy notice explains how personal information is handled. The order page and contract confirmation must identify the main characteristics of the selected programme and its digital content/services before you pay.

If you buy as an individual mainly for purposes outside your trade, business or profession, you may be a “consumer” and consumer protection law may apply. Your legal status depends on the purpose of the purchase and the facts; a label or declaration at checkout does not remove rights the law gives you.

2. The programme and what is included

Property Mastery provides educational material about property investing, including online lessons, tools and resources. The programme is education and general information. It is not personalised financial, investment, mortgage, legal, tax, accounting or property advice, and we do not arrange finance or investments under this contract. You are responsible for deciding whether an action is suitable for you and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

The order summary must identify the exact tier and set out its specific course access, tools, community, events, coaching and support inclusions. Only benefits expressly listed for your purchased tier are included. A feature shown elsewhere in the Hub, in another tier, in a promotion, or in a discussion is not included unless your order summary says it is. Foundation does not include Aura support. Aura, live events and coaching are included only where the order summary expressly lists them and the service is available.

We may make reasonable updates to lessons, tools, instructors, platform presentation or delivery methods to keep the programme accurate and usable. We will not use this clause to remove a material paid-for benefit or reduce your statutory rights. If a material change is needed, we will explain it and discuss an appropriate remedy with you.

3. Tier, price and payment

The order summary identifies the plan you selected. Current standard plans are:

TierCash priceAccess termFixed instalment planTotal on instalments
Foundation£49712 months2 monthly payments of £275£550
Accelerator£1,9976 months6 monthly payments of £375£2,250
Mentorship£4,9976 months6 monthly payments of £900£5,400
Inner Circle£9,99712 months12 monthly payments of £900£10,800
Capital CircleFrom £25,00012 months unless agreed otherwiseIndividual written agreementAs stated in that agreement

The figures above are the complete amounts payable for the relevant plan; the instalment plans are fixed-count payment plans, not open-ended subscriptions. Your order page must state the amount collected today, each later payment amount and due date, and the total payable before you commit. Capital Circle is invitation/assessment based and requires a separate written agreement; it is not purchased through a generic checkout.

The price displayed before you place your order is the total price for the selected plan. No unlisted fee will be added after you place your order. Any tax information required by law will be shown on your order documents.

You authorise the payment method you select to be charged only for the amount and schedule displayed and accepted at checkout. For an instalment plan, the number and frequency of payments are limited to the schedule above or to the individual Capital Circle agreement. Your bank or card provider may apply its own charges, which are outside our control.

If a scheduled payment fails, we will notify you and give you 14 calendar days from that notice to update your payment method or resolve the failure. We may send a reminder during that period. We will not add a late fee or charge a different amount. If the payment remains unpaid after the 14-day period, we may temporarily suspend course and Hub access until the missed payment is resolved, after giving you notice. Suspension does not remove any statutory rights or change the agreed instalment schedule.

4. Order acceptance and access term

Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation after the payment provider confirms the required initial payment. A checkout attempt, pending authorisation or failed payment does not by itself confirm the order or grant paid access.

Your confirmation will state your tier, price and schedule, the access start date, the access end date, and the course, Hub, events and support included. Access is for the stated term and ends on the stated end date unless we agree a renewal or extension in writing. It does not renew automatically. The expiry date in your confirmation is the controlling date; if it is missing or appears wrong, contact us before relying on it.

We will provide access through the account and sign-in route stated in your confirmation. You must keep your login details secure, use your own account, and promptly tell us if you believe someone else has accessed it. You must not share login credentials, copy or redistribute paid course materials, or give unpurchased people access to private course or Hub areas.

An upgrade is governed by a written upgrade offer. The upgrade credit is based on the original membership's cash price shown in section 3, whether you paid in cash or chose fixed instalments. If you upgrade within 30 calendar days of the original purchase, the credit is 100% of that original cash price. If you upgrade after 30 days but before the original access term ends, the credit is calculated as:

Original membership cash price × (unused calendar days in the original access term ÷ total calendar days in that term)

The calculation is made on the date we issue the written upgrade offer. The credit is applied to the price of the new membership and cannot exceed that price. When the upgrade takes effect, any original-tier instalment that has not yet been paid and is scheduled to fall due on or after the upgrade effective date is cancelled and is no longer payable. Any original-tier amount that was already due before the upgrade effective date remains payable, subject to your statutory rights and any contrary term in the written offer. The upgrade offer will state the exact credit, new membership price and access dates, the new payment schedule, the upgrade effective date, and any original-order amount that remains payable. The upgrade credit is calculated from the original tier's cash price as set out above; cancellation of unpaid original-tier instalments does not increase that credit, and sums already paid are not deducted from it again. No upgrade or extension is effective until we confirm it in writing.

5. Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer buying online, you will generally have a statutory 14-day period in which to cancel a distance contract. The period normally begins the day after the contract is made. You can cancel by emailing wealth@propertymastery.global with a clear statement that you want to cancel. You may use the cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to.

We will not start supplying digital course content or begin any included coaching, mentoring, event or other service during that 14-day period unless you separately ask us to start early through a clear choice presented with your order. If you make that request, we will explain the consequences and record your choice. If you cancel after asking for an included service to start early, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to cancellation where the law allows. If you ask for immediate digital content, the law may affect your right to cancel that digital-content supply once it begins. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

If you cancel within the applicable period, we will refund amounts due under the law within the required time and using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise. If required cancellation information is not provided, the cancellation period may be extended under the law.

6. Refunds, statutory rights and ending access

After the statutory cancellation period, we do not offer voluntary refunds unless your order summary or a separate written offer says otherwise. This does not limit any statutory right, remedy or refund, including where digital content or a service does not conform to the contract. Any instalment schedule, cancellation, termination or refund will be handled consistently with your statutory rights.

When your access term ends, access to the paid course, private Hub areas, events and other time-limited benefits included in that tier will end. We may retain order, payment, consent and support records for legitimate accounting, legal and operational purposes in accordance with the privacy notice. We will not remove access early except as permitted by law or the final contract—for example, following a material breach after fair notice and an opportunity to put it right where appropriate. Any refund or other remedy remains subject to law.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or access has ended on the wrong date, email wealth@propertymastery.global with your name and order reference. We will investigate against the payment and entitlement records and respond within a reasonable time.

7. Learning outcomes and risk

Property investing involves risks, including loss of capital, void periods, repairs, financing costs, interest-rate changes, regulation and changes in property values or rents. Past experience, examples, case studies and potential returns are illustrative and do not guarantee that you will achieve any result. Your circumstances and decisions are your own. Nothing in the programme promises that you will acquire property, obtain finance, earn rental income, make a profit or become financially independent.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access the materials and tools included in your order for your own learning during the access term. We retain ownership of the programme materials and intellectual property. You must not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, share account access to, or use the materials to create a competing course without our written permission, except where the law permits.

You must use the course, Hub and community respectfully and lawfully. Do not post another person's confidential, financial, health or contact information without permission; do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, solicit members without consent, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may remove harmful content and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect members or the service. We will consider the circumstances, give reasons and provide notice and a chance to respond where appropriate, except where urgent action is reasonably necessary to protect people, data or the service. We will not use this clause to avoid a refund or remedy due to you by law.

9. Privacy and communications

Our privacy notice explains the personal data we collect, why we use it, who processes it, how long it is retained, and how to exercise your rights. Order, payment, access, security and support messages are service communications. Optional marketing is separate and will use a distinct choice where required. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time; doing so does not stop essential messages about an order or account.

10. Our responsibility to you

We remain responsible for providing the paid digital content and services in accordance with your contract and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Complaints and governing law

Please send complaints to wealth@propertymastery.global, including your order reference and the issue you want us to resolve. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within five working days and provide a full response within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when you can expect an update.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, without depriving a consumer of any mandatory protection or right to bring a claim in another court available under the law where they live.
